Love is patient...

This past weekend I had the joy of photographing the wedding of my niece, Emily, and her new husband, Coki. The weather was perfect, the colors beautiful, lots of laughter, and lots of family.

Emily and Coki have such a romantic story. While pursuing and double major in Spanish, Emily spent a semester studying abroad in Costa Rica. Little did she know that she'd be paired up with the host family of her dreams, who just happened to have a son her age.

It didn't take long before Coki and Emily had won each other's hearts. They spent almost 6 years in a long distance relationship and finally took the plunge and made a commitment to get married. Love certainly is patient.
